Since I work in customer service, I see a lot of instances of people being idiotic. I’ve decided that it’s selfish, just plain selfish of me not to share this with you. Every day holds a gem of an interaction with an idiot of a customer. And here, I shall be sharing my experiences as a representative, and as a customer.
